kamagra for memory lossKamagra, a famous drug used to prevent erectile dysfunction during the sexual activity is found to treat the short-term memory loss. Kamagra is the basically a phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE-5) inhibitor that works efficiently in increasing the blood flow to the penis and treats the erectile dysfunction. Kamagra is also found to be the stimulator of cGMP enzyme in the body. The therapeutic effects of Kamagra on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, prostate hyperplasia, hypertension, and coronary heart disease have been reported. So, in the present study, the effects of Kamagra on short-term memory are investigated by the group of scientists. In the study, Kamagra has been found to improve short-term memory by suppressing ischemia-induced apoptosis of hippocampal neuronal cells in gerbils.

The report from the many doctors all over the world was submitted to Food and Drug Administration about the Kamagra’s usage against short-term memory loss. Thus, to check whether Kamagra can act as treatment against short-term memory loss is as follows. A University from Korea took the challenge to prove the use of Kamagra as a drug against the short-term memory loss. In the study, 175 individuals suffering with the short-term memory loss were given a low dose of Kamagra for about a week. After a week this people were put for the memory test. It was surprising that 79 out of 175 men scored higher marks than before in the memory test. The remaining men were then given a same dosage of Kamagra for another 2 weeks. Then these men were asked to give the memory test. In this test 63 men were able to score better than before. Thus, it was clear that 142 men out of 175 were found to have better memory than before.

For this study, a step-down avoidance task, cGMP assay, terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling assay, and immunohistochemistry for caspase-3 and 5-bromo-2′-deoxyuridine were performed. The results revealed that ischemic injury increased apoptotic neuronal cell death in the hippocampal CA1 region, impaired short-term memory, and decreased cGMP level. Ischemic injury enhanced cell proliferation in the hippocampal dentate gyrus. Kamagra treatment improved short-term memory by suppressing ischemia-induced apoptotic neuronal cell death in the hippocampal CA1 region, and decreased cGMP level. Also, Kamagra suppressed the ischemia-induced increase in cell proliferation in the hippocampal dentate gyrus. Thus, Kamagra cured the short-term memory loss.
